envious_musesWhoo! How's that bingo feel, folks? Sorry yet again to anyone I've been spamming this month. I meant to work on the fics over time, but it never quite happened. And then Nebraskon and then I was lazy, and then suddenly I had 25 fics to do in two months. But I did it!
I've got one extra done and perhaps a few more on the way since I've got these lovely days off (HOORAY working at a university!) But then I may or may not stop posting QUITE so much.
It's been so wonderful finally managing to write again, flist. So wonderful. Can't even describe the feeling. The three longish ones I post last all have sequels/multiple-story series that want to be written about them. Especially Devil You Know there. We'll see if I actually get that far, but the stuff's all there in my head. I've already got another 2k+ words written on it.
That universe, btw, is something of a prequel to another story that may or may not ever be posted but that's at least partially written, based loosely off of this vid and one right before it in the concert. From the Second Asia Tour. DBSK fighting demons. What's not to love? The boys do all exist in the Devil universe, but I'm afraid the Devil series is Jaejoong's story alone. Perhaps, if I ever do post the longer demonverse epic, I will also see about finding the rest of the boys' origin stories. Yunho's, at least, is interesting. And likely Changmin's.
Other Side of Tomorrow may or may not get a side story from Jaejoong's POV. His side of things is kind of sad, in its own way. We'll see. Maybe everyone will hate him too much to want to read anything more about him. He does come across as a right bastard, mostly by his own bad choices.
But anyway. I digress. Thank you all for putting up with my constant posting over the last couple weeks. Twenty-five fics ranging in length from 536 words on Off the Rails to 6,499 on FO just now. Altogether 38,499 words. Add in the extra I already have done and the three I may or may not finish, and that could be 40k in two months. Not quite NaNo, but I'm happy with it.
